| Our Centre at Wineglass Drive is growing.
 The extension to our Centre at 3 Wineglass Drive is finally complete. We are very grateful to Home and Community Care (Hacc) for providing the funding for this project, which has given Flexible Support the opportunity to grow, but more importantly continue to enhance the programs to our consumers.
The opening day on the 10th of July was a huge success with the area Hacc Area Manager having the privilege of officially opening the extension. Thank you also to our Board Members, General Manager, Senior Manager, dignitaries from DVA and Veterans Home Care, the architect and builder, family members, consumers, staff, volunteers and musician, who all helped make this a memorable and special day.

Multicultural Event
 Gypsy Week! Staff volunteers and consumers wore costumes, the scene was for a Gypsy carnival and games were improvised for a carnival atmosphere.
All consumers were able to participate and collect points, at the end of the day 4 winners were able to choose their prize. A small consolation prize was awarded to other consumers. A volunteer was an excellent fortune teller complete with crystal ball. The menu developed by the Kitchen staff set the flavour of the week, tables were decorated in theme. Music was appropriately sourced and entertained by 3 belly dancers. |
