Volunteering Service is a program under Flexible Support Services Australia Ltd, funded by Home & Community Care (HACC) to provide specialized services to HACC providers throughout Logan City area, including Beaudesert and Tamborine Mt. 

Home & Community Care (HACC) is a government funded body allowing organisations to assist aged care and young disability consumers to live as independently as possible, through receiving support in domestic services, respite services, meals on wheels, community support services, transport services, home maintenance services, ect.

Flexible Support Services Australia Ltd Volunteering Service provides a high quality standard of service to volunteers and Home & Community Care (HACC) providers throughout Logan City, including Beaudesert and Tamborine Mt.  These Services are aimed to enhance people’s knowledge and experiences in a working environment, build confidence and self-esteem, reduce social isolation while providing optimal support to HACC Provider’s volunteer program in meeting the identified gaps.

Flexible Support Services Australia Ltd Volunteering Service believes that all workers, regardless of paid or unpaid should be treated equally and fairly within the working environment.  Volunteers are considered as a member of the staff and are to be given the same consideration and respect that paid staff and management are given and in return volunteers are to work in a dignified manner within the guideline of the organisation and funding body.
