Volunteer Management System
In light of the necessity for volunteer workers within HACC organisations, staff and management need to have an understanding of effectively managing volunteers in order to reduce volunteers leaving prematurely, sustain a positive working environment, and have skilled and knowledgeable volunteer workers who can provide a service to consumers and to the organisation as a whole, whilst meeting the required specific organisational and HACC standards.
